smartHEALTH EDIH Presentation at 14th FORTH Scientific Retreat on Sunday October 13 2024

The smartHEALTH European Digital Innovation Hub for Intelligent Health will be presented at the 14th FORTH Scientific Retreat 2024, on 11-13 October 2024, at the Conference Center of the International Olympic Academy, Ancient Olympia, under the Patronage of H.E. the President of the Hellenic Republic. More specifically, the presentation of smartHEALTH will take place on October 12, 2024, during Session II, at 15:30 – 16:20, by Mr. Dimitris Katehakis, Head of the Center for eHealth Applications and Services (CeHA) of the Institute of Computer Science, FORTH.

Mr. Katehakis’ presentation entitled “European Digital Innovation Hub for Smart Health: Precision Medicine and Innovative eHealth Services (smartHEALTH)” will highlight the ways in which smartHEALTH contributes to shaping the future of health, taking advantage of innovative digital technologies. More specifically, it will analyze the advanced technological solutions, the consulting services and the achievements of the project so far. You can see a summary of the presentation here.

The “14th Scientific Retreat”, of the Foundation for Research & Technology – Hellas (FORTH) is organised every 2 years, with its main objective the interaction of its research laboratories and its staff. This year’s event will be held with the support of the Region of Crete, the Regional Development Fund of Crete and the Region of Western Greece. Through posters, presentations and discussions, FORTH colleagues will highlight research and organizational issues, present the international impact of their research, as well as explore possibilities for new synergies.
