The European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) for Smarth Health: Precision Medicine and Innovative eHealth Services (#smartHEALTH) was recently honored with a significant recognition for its dedication to supporting digital innovation in healthcare.

The “Badges Programme” initiative by the EDIH Network has been designed to celebrate and acknowledge the exceptional efforts and achievements of EDIHs. Badges are awarded covering five distinct categories, including four types of services and Digital Maturity Assessments (DMAs). More information can be found here!

The Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) is a process through which an organization is examined regarding the adoption and use of digital technologies. This assessment examines various aspects such as digital strategies, technological infrastructure, personnel skills, business processes, and the approach to digital innovation.
Through the European digital innovation hub smartHEALTH, focusing on intelligent health, small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, midcaps, and the public sector can leverage the hub’s members’ skills in digital technology to improve business processes and healthcare services. The smartHEALTH hub provides specialized expertise in the fields of precision medicine, cancer, and the digital transformation of the public and private sectors.
