The conference will take place on Thursday, May 4, and Friday, May 5, at 10:30 am at OK!Thess in Thessaloniki.
During the second day of the conference (Friday, May 5), Mr. Pantelis Natsiavas, a researcher at the Institute of Applied Biosciences of the National Center for Research and Technological Development (INAB|CERTH), will represent the smartHEALTH consortium. He will participate in the panel session titled “Digital Innovation Hubs and Competence Centers” from 16:20 to 17:00. This event aims to map innovation in Northern Greece and specifically present the EDIH projects along with Competence Centers.
According to the organizers, the conference, through 22 panels, 150 speakers, and 10 workshops, will map innovation in Northern Greece, addressing key questions: What does innovation mean in Northern Greece today? Who does it concern? Which sectors of the economy does it affect? Which bodies support the efforts of groups and businesses to innovate? What financial tools are available? What other assistance is provided? What opportunities and challenges has the pandemic created in Northern Greece?
55 central bodies and organizations participate in discussions and workshops, coming to Northern Greece to meet and network with local authorities.
The conference will be held at OK!Thess, Komotinis 2, starting at 10:30 am.
